HOTLanta Bash


Bash passes are $129 and include all items listed on the flyer. Payment for bash passes may be made through the add to cart button below (WHICH WILL BE ACTIVE ON APRIL 1, 2023 AT NOON (EST)). Bash passes are non-refundable but may be transferred until midnight on July 23, 2023 (passes MAY NOT be transferred to someone that has a host hotel room in their name and has until that date to secure a pass). No one will be allowed on hotel property without a bash band and this is strictly monitored by paid security. Bash attendance will be capped so don’t delay in getting your pass. THIS IS A PRE-PAID ONLY EVENT.

If you have a room reserved in your name at the host hotel, you have until July 23, 2023 at midnight to purchase your pass. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE PERSON WHO HAS RESERVED A ROOM IN THE HOST HOTEL AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY ROOMMATES. Once bash passes are sold out, the only way to obtain one will be through the purchase of a bash pass from another basher.


You may only hold one bash pass in your name. If you purchase one for someone else it must be transferred within 24 hours or you will receive a refund for any additional passes in your name (minus fees assessed by processor). If you transfer your pass or buy a pass for someone else, you MUST complete the bash transfer form THAT WILL BE ACTIVE ON THE TRANSFER FORM TAB ON APRIL 1, 2023. The seller and purchaser will receive an email from Atlanta Starz that the transfer is complete. If you do not receive this documentation your transfer was not completed and you need to follow up by sending an email to before the deadline.


If COVID-19 (or any other global health emergency) persists into the summer of 2023, we will follow all health regulations to ensure the safety of our members. If we are forced to cancel the bash due to COVID-19, or any other similar situation, all hotel deposits WILL be fully refunded. Bash fees WILL NOT be refunded but will be carried over to our next bash.

HOTLanta Bash Hotel Information

Lodging is provided by the Doubletree Atlanta-Marietta, 2055 South Park Place, Atlanta, GA 30339. You do not have to stay on property to enjoy the bash, however you must stay Thursday through Sunday to secure a host hotel room. We will have the entire hotel for our exclusive use. The hotel has 223 rooms on 6 floors, two ballrooms, ample meeting room space for events, an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool. There are some adjoining rooms and if you are interested in being next to or adjoining others, you must register at the same time for your best chance of being together and note same in the request section of your reservation. A one-night NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit* is due at the time of booking. Rooms MUST be booked via the room registration link WHICH WILL BE LISTED BELOW ON APRIL 1, 2023 AT NOON (EST). IF YOU HAPPEN TO SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS AND RECEIVE A RESERVATION THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS YOUR ROOM WILL BE CANCELED. No pets allowed in hotel. No smoking in rooms or common areas. No drugs of any kind allowed at the bash. 21 and up only.



There are 9 different room types available (totals include state/county tourism fees and tax).

There are 10 handicap accessible rooms spread throughout the hotel of varying types. The hotel provides 36 sets of connecting rooms with 34 of those being doubles that connect to kings, one set of doubles connecting and one set of kings connecting. All rooms have 2 queen beds even though “double” may be reflected on the website as well as refrigerators and microwaves. The hotel has 2 elevators.

  • 1 suite that is for staff (not for rent)
  • 15 walk-out king pool rooms (many of these will be staff rooms so only a few will be available for rent)

HOTLanta Bash Overflow Hotel Information

Due to demand we have added an overflow hotel for the bash. Courtyard Marriott Windy Hill (2045 S Park Place, Atlanta, 770-955-3838). Rooms are $95 per night for king or doubles and do not require a one night deposit. This hotel is right beside the bash hotel and very close. Included below are screen shots showing the distance. Rooms can be booked through the link below or by calling reservations. Room rate is good for up to 3 days before and after bash dates. The link to book only includes Tuesday to Monday. By signing below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending HOTLanta Bash 2023 you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Atlanta Starz, LLC, Carla Densmore, Leigh Potts, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Marietta, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

  1. No glass at the pool or on the pool deck. The pool will be shut down for 24 hours in the event of a glass break. Please do not break this #1 rule whether we are out there with you or not.
  2. The pool will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. daily. Do not swim alone and do not take glass to the pool. The pool will be cleaned early each day and we cannot enter at that time.
  3. No nudity. Please remember that even though we have the entire hotel it is important for us to keep our reputation clean with the hotel.
  4. No red/blue/purple (dark drinks) in your room. If you want to serve a dark drink and you spill it you will be charged a cleaning fee. The carpet is light and it will show.
  5. No floats in the pool with the exception of pool noodles. No water guns allowed. No large coolers allowed in pool area.
  6. No saving chairs. Chairs will be limited. If you are local or driving, please bring a chair. The area around the pool is not large so we ask you to share the space.
  7. Do not throw cigarette butts down any where on the property. We will have buckets around the pool for your use. Please utilize these.
  8. WE ARE NOT YOUR MOTHER/KEEPER. We have enough to do without having to pick up after you. Please pick up your trash and throw it away. If you leave things at the pool they may disappear and we are not responsible.
  9. You must have a bash band on at all times from Friday at noon to Sunday at 11 a.m. If your band breaks, please bring it to one of us for security for replacement. If you can not provide your band you will have to purchase another one or must leave the premises as determined by staff.
  10. No smoking of any kind in any rooms (INCLUDING BALCONIES) or common areas. If you smoke in a non-smoking room there is a smoking fee that will be charged. Housekeeping will tell the front desk that they smelled smoke and you will be charged. If you are smoking anything else, please do not do it on the property or you may have visitors you don't want to have. The hotel will have an off duty police officer present at times during the event.
  11. If you are attaching items to your walls or doors please make sure that it will not leave residue when removed. The hotel suggests that you use the wall outside your room instead of the door.
  12. If you are taking someone's picture, please ask first. If you don't want to be in pictures then don't pose for them. We cannot watch what goes on at all times so you need to be responsible. Our photography team will be wearing shirts that read, PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM for the first day so that you can get to know them. Make sure you pose for some pics for them so that you will be able download them after the bash (this is included with your bash fee).
  13. Dinner will be served at different times. Your bash band color will correspond with your dining time.
  14. Absolutely no burning candles in your rooms at any time. The hotel has indicated that we are not allowed to have them. Please utilize electronic burners.
  15. The hotel requires a debit or credit card for check-in. They will charge a flat $100 fee for incidentals that will be refunded upon check-out. You must present ID in order to check into your room. Only the person that reserved the room can check into the room.
  16. ID will be required for registration purposes. Your signature will acknowledge that you understand these rules and will abide by them. If you arrive at a time that registration is not scheduled, please see security to check-in.
  17. We have paid security and it will be in their discretion to contact us about any inappropriate behavior. If we are forced to ask you to leave you will forfeit your room and your bash fee. There will be no refunds.
  18. Absolutely no entry on hotel property, which includes the parking lot, without a bash band from noon Friday to 11 a.m. on Sunday. Please help us keep bash crashers out by alerting security if you see anyone.
  19. The hotel has a noise ordinance policy that indicates that all outdoor events must end by 6 p.m. We can continue to use the outside pool deck area but we need to keep music and noise low.
  20. Alcohol is allowed on hotel property in cups and/or koozies only. The hotel has a liquor license which prohibits us from carrying alcohol in visible containers or in the bar area.
  21. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the restaurant/bar area.
  22. No outside alcohol is allowed in the ballroom. You must purchase your beverages from the hotel lobby bars or one of the bars inside the ballroom during the night time parties.

Failure to abide by any of these rules or the direction of hotel staff and/or security will result in removal from property without a refund for either your room or your bash fee.
